Items are sold voetstoots, due to uncontrollable operating conditions owing to the nature in which these products are to be used.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- In the case of repairs undertaken by Loadshedbuddy’s suppliers, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Loadshedbuddy; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Loadshedbuddy. Loadshedbuddy shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.
- Batteries are sold without any warranty.
- Refunds are subject to an inspection of item(s) – in some cases, items will need to be sent to the supplier for evaluation and testing. This can take up to 15 working days. Once a refund has been approved, this may take 5 – 8 business days to be processed.
- All defective merchandise returned to Loadshedbuddy must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation, etc.
- Loadshedbuddy is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to Loadshedbuddy’s offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Loadshedbuddy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, Loadshedbuddy reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
- Acceptance of Products: Loadshedbuddy shall conduct an incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.
