Vision Revo SP 12-200

This BMS supports a matrix of 4 batteries in series X 4 batteries in parallel. A total of 16 batteries in the matrix.

The Vision 200Ah Lithium battery is a top-of-the-line solution for UPS and energy storage systems. With a rated voltage of 12.8V and a rated capacity of 200Ah, this battery packs a powerful punch with a total energy output of 2.56KWh. The battery is made with 100Ah LiFePO4 cells, arranged in a 4S2P configuration for optimal performance. The maximum charge current is 100A and the discharge cut-off voltage is 11.2V, ensuring a long cycle life of approximately 2500 cycles.

The battery also features a built-in BMS system with series and parallel capabilities, supporting up to 16 batteries in total. The BMS system also includes intelligent balance management, built-in automatic protection for over-charge, over-discharge, and over-temperature, and customized protection board functions and parameters.

The battery dimensions are 522mm x 238mm x 223mm and it weighs approximately 20 kg.

The thermal management is air cooling and it can operate in humidity 60 ± 25%R.H and temperature range -20 ~ 65 ℃.

Up to 4 groups of batteries can be connected in series without limiting the number of parallel connections, however, more parallel connections will have a higher consistency requirement. It is recommended that the number of parallel connections does not exceed 4 groups of batteries.
